Pre-Show Dinner and Cocktails Provided On-site by Mattison's at the Van Wezel

Mattison's offers pre-show dining as the official caterer at the waterfront Van Wezel Performing Arts Hall in Sarasota, Florida.

The extravagant buffet items vary as fresh, seasonal, and local products become available. Sample buffet dinner may include: gourmet cheese display, fresh salad bars with multiple toppings and dressing choices, prime rib carving station, hot entrées, fresh seafood entrées, seasonal vegetables and grains, pasta creations, various house made desserts and much more. Seating is continental, group style. Reservations can be made no later than a day prior to the performance, through the box office. Mattison's uses a fully cash-less system at the bars for payment and gratuities. No cash will be accepted. For more information, call (941) 263-6799.
